Meet Aparna

Aparna Suresh, President, Organic Organization Development, LLC, works with organizations to lead and work smarter, shatter glass ceilings, and lead across cultures.

Aparna has worked for Fortune 500 companies including GE, Vodafone and Motorola in the U.S., England and India. 

She holds a Master’s in Engineering & Information Sciences from the University of Reading, England and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University in the U.S.

What sets Aparna’s leadership programs apart is her rigorous focus on applying evidence-based research based on facts, not fads, her solid credentials backed by a wealth of global experience, and the fact that she is one of those rare consultants who actually walks her talk.  As one of her leadership workshop participants remarked, “I truly appreciated the fact that Aparna has actually "lived" what she teaches”.

 Aparna has conducted corporate leadership development workshops on global business and performance at several multi-national corporations including the global giant PPG Industries Inc. in fields as diverse as healthcare, law, manufacturing and technology. She has also presented diversity training and leadership seminars on unleashing the highly profitable potential of women leaders at Carnegie Mellon University & Duquesne University.

Aparna presented her innovative Lead Smarter, Not Harder neuro-leadership & peak performance workshop at the 2010 annual conference of SHRM’s Pittsburgh chapter PHRA, which was highly acclaimed by senior managers as “excellent, enlightening and engaging with very advanced and applicable leadership thinking for the new millennium”.
