   Aparna Suresh is president of Organic Organization Development, LLC, and is known for her highly engaging and interactive workshops that empower women leaders to succeed and global leaders to lead with cultural intelligence. 

   As a member of that rare species, a female engineer, she worked for Fortune 500 companies around the world including GE, Vodafone and Motorola in the U.S., England and India, before starting her own consulting practice. Consequently, Aparna has a profound understanding of the challenges faced by women in male-dominated organizational environments and how leadership styles vary in different cultures around the world.

    Aparna has conducted global leadership and women in leadership workshops for business  leaders, university staff and multi-national company managers, on-site at organisations and at eminent universities and colleges in Pittsburgh, including Carnegie Mellon University and Duquesne University.
